RODS II - Resilient Organisation of Studies - Research Project to Ensure Teacher Success

The RODS II team wants to enable students to better use and expand their mental resources by teaching them mindfulness practice. The project aims to help students improve their academic
performance and thus also reduce the drop-out rate. In addition, self-management skills,
communication between students and teachers and the teaching culture will be improved. Special focus will also be placed on teamwork, because team and group structures are a central
