"Isn't it a point of honour?!"
Communication problems between volunteers and full-time workers in refugee work are to be solved by the project. Within the framework of a teaching research project, teaching and further training material is being designed for better cooperation between full-time and voluntary workers.

- Requirements analysis
- Analysis of the diverse and sometimes paradoxical communication goals of the teaching
materials - Choice of an adequate audiovisual genre
- Development of a formal language to convey the content and the communication goals
- Script development; audiovisual realisation
- Close coordination with project partners and public presentations.
- Transferability of the working methodology to comparable teaching content in the political or social field.
- Gain in dramaturgical knowledge: under which conditions scenic representations implement the complex, sometimes paradoxical communication goals of the project in an appropriate way.
- Gain in knowledge about working with communities, congregations and social communities (both volunteers and professionals).
- Result: 18 short films of about 7-8 minutes each.
