Michael Bigos is Professor of Applied Social Sciences at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. He studied social sciences at the University of Koblenz-Landau and completed his doctorate at Goethe University Frankfurt on the subject of career choice competences. His work focuses on educational research, the use of educational technologies, democratic participation and inequality dimensions in transition processes. As a consultant and team leader in external evaluation in Rhineland-Palatinate, he has advised numerous schools on organisation and management as well as on teaching and learning processes.
