Prof Dr Anna Florence Altmann
Brief profile
As a psychologist, Anna Altmann conducts research and teaches on transformative learning processes in higher education, organizations, and society. In her work, she combines perspectives from educational and organizational research with approaches from personality development and profession-related competency research. She places a particular focus on the development of future work skills, coaching culture in organizations, and the role of inner competencies in social transformation.
She is active in international academic networks such as the University Coalition for Student Inner Development and is involved in research and development work at aihorizon R&D gGmbH. There, she works on innovative formats and research projects on the topic of “Responsible AI.”
In addition to her academic work, she is a trained person-centered counselor and systemic coach. This perspective informs her research and teaching and supports an integrative approach that combines scientific analysis with creative practice.
